Birds Over Arkansas, "Behind the Lights"

And we're back with Birds Over Arkansas, a band out of Connecticut & Pennsylvania in the United States. 

 

Birds Over Arkansas is coming off of their brand new release "Behind the Lights," and they've got A LOT to look forward to. They sound like a mix between The Decemberists and Peter Gabriel, and their music is both uplifting and nostalgic. 

 

The song Comet sticks out to me as a masterpiece - an arena-style ballad complete with a crowd-to-flame-via-lighter chorus. You can feel the emotion in the music.
